We maintain deep inventory at our NYC warehouses and deliver across the United States, so the model and fabric you choose can reach you quickly.

Our team has worked in furniture for more than three decades. That perspective shows up in how we guide you: room measurements first, doorway and elevator access checked, then a short list of models that truly fit the way you live. We talk through seat feel, sleeping surface size, fabric care, leg finishes, and how each mechanism opens and closes, so the piece you select is easy to use and comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. If your ideal fabric or finish isn’t on hand, we place a custom order with Innovation Living and outline the manufacturing timeline in plain terms.

Delivery and support

We ship nationwide. In most areas, our furniture delivery partners offer White Glove service that includes in-home placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging. Before delivery, we confirm access requirements and share tracking and time windows. After delivery, our support team remains available for care questions, parts, and fabric swatch requests. If you are near New York City, you can also take advantage of our warehouse stock for faster turnaround and, in some cases, same-week delivery.
